About Joanne

Joanne works closely with clients and gets to know them as they begin their journey with us, initially guiding them through our onboarding process. On an ongoing basis, she assists clients with documentation and transaction requirements, answers queries and liaises with platforms and providers on our clients’ behalf.

Joanne’s goal is to make client interactions as seamless and painless as possible and take the stress out of their finances.

Qualifications

  • FPC I, II & III (Financial Planning Certificate)
  • CF7 (Certificate in Financial Planning and Lifetime Mortgages Activities)
  • HR1 (Home Reversion Plans)
