We are thrilled to announce that from today, Friday 18 March 2022, we have upgraded our regulatory status to a Directly Authorised firm with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Being Directly Authorised means Permanent Wealth Partners engage directly with the FCA and look after all compliance matters ourselves.

Adrian Johnson takes on the formal roles of Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. This was previously handled under the regulatory umbrella of Julian Harris Financial Consultants.

There will be no change to the service level our clients receive from us, nor any changes to client investments or platforms.

All existing clients will receive a letter shortly that formally informs them of this change and that the servicing rights will be transferred directly to Permanent Wealth Partners Ltd as opposed to us under the Julian Harris Financial Services umbrella.
