From overwhelm to opportunity – How Capsule and Transpond helped a firm of Financial Advisors scale smarter

We recently moved over to a new CRM software, Capsule, and email marketing platform, Transpond, to increase the efficiency of our workflow, enhance our client journey and communications, and track our data more effectively. This was a significant shift in terms of data migration and implementation of our previous workflow onto the new software and in order to achieve this we reached out to Julia Blake, a consultant and specialist in Capsule, to help with the move. Working with Julia, we developed a deeply customised version of Capsule that mirrored our client structure.
